What services does Second Look Xchange offer?
We are an online dress rental boutique with a consignment and in-house collection of trendy and classic pieces from popular internet brands.

When are items going to be available for rent on the site?
We have an in-house inventory that we are getting ready for you to wear very soon! We are also working with consignees who will be providing their own items for rent. If you are interested in being a part of our early adoption program as a consignee, please complete our intake form
What will the quality of the items be like?
All items that we source will range from brand new with tags to very gently used aka worn only once.
How can I rent items with Second Look Xchange?
We are currently testing our service with a small number of consignees before rolling out an official signup process. Please complete our intake form if you are interested in renting your items and we will contact you to schedule a pickup.
How can I get paid through consigning my items?
Our fee per rental is 50% once the item has been rented and returned. Rental prices are set by us based on a qualitative and quantitative model measuring the item's quality, demand, and market price.
Where do you deliver to?
Currently, we will only be renting out items to addresses within the GTA. We have a pickup and drop-off option at a location in Downtown Toronto. Please refer to our delivery page.
What is the refund policy for items rented but not worn?
Although we do our best to provide accurate measurements for all our items, we understand that items won't always fit right when tried on in person. There is a wrap tag on each item rented out which can be cut off if the item is ready to be worn. If we receive back the item with the tag cut off, there is NO eligibility for a refund. In the event of improper fitting or change of plans, please keep the tag on and return the item as soon as possible before the final day of rental. A store credit will be issued less any amounts paid for delivery.
