Delivery

Below are our current available options for getting your items.

1. FREE pick-up and drop-off

You may visit a designated location in Downtown Toronto, approximately 500 metres from Eaton Centre to pick-up and drop-off your order. Address will be provided upon order confirmation. Signature will be required upon pickup and drop-off.

 

Times outside of these hours may be able to be accommodated, please contact connect@secondlookxchange.ca with subject header "Pickup/Drop-off Exception"

2. Local delivery and Return service.

We understand that your schedule can be busy so we offer a same day courier service for both delivering the item and returning the item back to us in the Downtown Toronto Core area. 

$9.99 +HST  - same day delivery

$14.99+HST - same day return

A time range for delivery will be provided by us. Renter will need to be present to receive item.

Signature will be required upon both delivery and pick-up. 

This option is only available for M1, M3, M4, and M5 postal codes
